After payment, provide your order reference and your friend’s name and email address. We’ll email your friend a unique, single-use redemption code within 48 hours of receiving payment and these details. - They choose their own date.
Your friend follows the booking link in the email, chooses an available photography time and enters the code on the booking page to redeem the paid session.
One gift price for the Christmas season.
Gift certificates are CA$299 + tax, whether your friend photographs before or after November 15. Early-bird pricing applies to direct session bookings only, not gift certificates. The gift covers the full session package; optional purchases, such as extra edited photos or prints, cost extra.
Gift validity: gifted sessions must be completed before December 25, 2026 — the last eligible photography date is December 24. All dates are subject to availability.

How do I qualify for the early-bird price?
Your photography session must be completed between October 19 and November 15, 2026, including November 15. The early-bird price is CA$259 + 5% tax (CA$271.95 total), applied directly on the booking page. It is based on the photography date, not the date you book. Gift certificates are sold separately at CA$299 + tax and are not eligible for early-bird pricing.
What if I want a Christmas session after November 15?
The regular price is CA$299 + 5% tax (CA$313.95 total) for Christmas sessions from November 16, 2026. Contact us to arrange a later date, subject to availability.
Is this a photographer-led or self-serve session?
A professional photographer leads this Christmas session and guides you through the portraits. It is a different service from our self-serve sessions.
Who can join, and do pets count toward the limit?
The package is designed for up to 5 participants in total, counting people and pets. Larger groups may affect the composition and final results. If your group has more than 5 participants, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the setup is suitable.
Are both Christmas sets and all 20 photos included?
Yes. One 45-minute appointment includes both Christmas sets and 20 professionally edited digital photos selected from your proof gallery. Returning clients receive 5 extra edited photos, for 25 in total. Prints are available to purchase separately.
When do we select and receive our photos?
Your watermarked online proof gallery arrives within 24 hours of the session. After you submit your selections, your final edited digital photos arrive within 96 hours. The proof gallery is for choosing your favourites; it is not the final delivery.
Can we bring different outfits?
Yes — bring a few favourite looks. Arrive on time in your first outfit, and plan any changes within the same 45-minute appointment. For pets, bring a leash and a favourite treat or toy.
How does a gifted session work?
Contact us to purchase a Christmas session gift certificate for CA$299 + 5% tax (CA$313.95 total), then provide your order reference and the recipient’s name and email. Within 48 hours of receiving payment and these details, we’ll email your friend a unique, single-use code. Your friend uses it on the booking page and chooses an available photography time. The gift covers the full session package; optional extras cost extra. Gift sessions must be completed by December 24, 2026.
Does my friend need to pay more for a date after November 15?
No. Christmas session gift certificates have one price: CA$299 + 5% tax (CA$313.95 total). The gift covers the full session package for any available Christmas photography date through December 24, 2026. Your friend only pays extra if they choose optional purchases such as additional edited photos or prints.
Can I purchase additional edited photos?
Yes. Additional professionally edited digital photos are CA$20 per photo, plus applicable tax. Contact us if you would like to add more favourites to your selection.
Will the 2026 sets look like the sample photos?
Yes. The overall look of our 2026 Christmas sets will be largely consistent with the sample photos shown on this page. Small decorative details may vary.
When will the gift code arrive, and how long is it valid?
After purchasing your gift, provide your order reference and your friend’s name and email address. We’ll email the code to your friend within 48 hours of receiving payment and these details. The gifted photography session must be completed before December 25, 2026; the last eligible date is December 24, subject to availability.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances approved by the Studio. Please contact us to discuss any exceptional circumstances or rescheduling request. A refund or change is not automatic and must be confirmed by our team.
Where is the studio, and is parking available?
